The Sarah Jane Academy™ Advantage

Sarah Jane Academy™ , powered by Johnson Squared Consulting, was designed to fill two voids that many human-focused professionals know well: (1) the need for tactics - not theory and (2)  certifications that speak to actual needs on the ground.

Our Namesake

Sarah Jane Academy™ bears the name of Sarah Jane Woodson Early, trailblazing abolitionist, feminist and the first Black woman professor in the United States. She also happens to be the ancestral aunt of our co-founders, Dr. Jade Singleton, DEI Strategist and Noelle Johnson, Global DEI Practitioner. “I couldn’t think of a better, more worthy name for what this program stands for,” Dr. Singleton shared. “Her lifelong pursuit of educational access and equity lives on in this space.”
